|Curriculog forms are being updated for the 2019-20 academic year. New forms will be available September 2, 2019.|
The Registrar’s Office must receive approved course proposals in time to enter those courses into MyMadison for each semester’s registration.
Changes can only be entered into MyMadison after they have completed the C&I process. Because we know that your academic units need access to the courses for scheduling, here are the dates that the Registrar’s Office uses in preparation for registration.
New courses and course changes for the 2020-2021 academic year are due to the Registrar’s Office by February 3, 2020. For a proposal to be completed by February 3, it should be approved by your college dean by Friday, January 3, 2020. The suggested date to enter a proposal effective 2020-2021 is by November 15, 2019.
Curriculog is the system for reviewing curricular proposals.
Faculty members can access existing courses and enter course information through this secure online curriculum system. Approvers are notified through email when proposals are ready for review.
The online system requires the same information as the previously used forms, and the approval process follows established C&I procedure.
OCS is available for:
- Creating new courses
- Modifying existing courses or programs
- Deleting existing courses or programs
For all new program proposals, including minors, proposers must go through the Office of Cross Disciplinary Studies and Diversity Engagement. You'll post the new program paperwork to the system for review.
This system reflects the joint efforts of Academic Affairs, Information Technology and the Office of the Registrar. The online curriculum system works across platforms for undergraduate and graduate courses.
